I can't believe the 'Grand' Palace could be so underwhelming. The carpets were a horror, stained and old, and the bathtub practically held a pool party with its water issues. One would think a 3-night stay would warrant an upgrade or at least an apology gift. Almost left a good review, but just couldn't.

Stunning Amman views 🌇
The rooftop pool is lekker with a killer view of the city. Room was spacious and clean—big ups to Mr Iskander for helping us out with an upgrade to brekkie. The indoor pool was a solid spot to relax after a long day of exploring!
WiFi was a bit of a vasbyt—could definitely be faster.

The indoor pool situation was less than ideal, located just next to a wedding, and the rooftop pool was packed due to a convention. the toilet system seemed to be stuck in the past, leading to frequent blockages and general annoyance. No smart TVs in the room, either, which felt outdated.

Had a wonderful experience with clean, spacious rooms and a fantastic rooftop pool where we relaxed after our tours. The indoor swimming pool and spa services were a nice touch for winding down. Just a heads up, the decor feels a bit dated, but it didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment! 😊

We had an amazing stay at Grand Palace Hotel! The spacious rooms were equipped with comfortable beds and modern amenities like flat-screen TVs and minibars. The highlight was definitely the access to the rooftop pool at the Regency Palace, where we could enjoy stunning views of Amman. Staff members, especially Mr Iskandar and Mr Madhar, were incredibly helpful in arranging our sightseeing trips.
The hallways had a slightly dated smell.

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend in Amman with value for price. The mattress was old and saggy, but I still managed to get some sleep. Make sure to check Wi-Fi speed upon arrival.
